Custom Rotator:
Affiliates can now take advantage of our custom rotator to increase exposure for
their advertisers without having to fill their entire pages with advertisements. In addition, affiliates
can select which banners/ads to be placed in the rotator.

Rotation
- Allows you to keep track of the number of Custom Rotators you are currently running.

Count
- Determine how many advertisers are available to be placed in the Custom Rotator.

Rotate?
- Decide whether to include this particular advertisement in your Custom Rotator. Affiliates
can choose between the advertiser's text or banner advertisement (depending on what the advertiser has available).
