1. Contain racism or promote illegal activities such as pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting;
2. Are under construction or contains no valid content;
3. Do not load or arrive at a "Page Not Found" error;
4. Use auto-bots or other "auto-loading" methods or falsely attempt to generate traffic;
5. Have an excessive amount of advertising such as sites with just advertisement banners, or sites that generate an excessive amount of pop-ups and pop-unders;
6. Are primarily only a message board or messaging group;
7. Are cost per click based incentivized sites. Please see below for more information on incentivized programs. For websites that contain incentivized programs, you must indicate that the site uses incentivized methods when signing up or adding a new site. All sites found to be incentivized that are not marked will be subject to removal.
