Advertiser Accounts
There are two options to becoming an advertiser with clickXchange. You may either choose to become a Regular Advertiser or a Advertiser with Account Management.
Regular Advertiser
The Regular Advertiser account option is available for advertisers who want to ease into affiliate marketing, or unsure if they want to make a large commitment at the time. As a regular advertiser, there is no major commitment between clickXchange or the advertiser. Advertisers pay a deposit, and they can choose to run their program as long as they wish, until their account is depleted. A non-refundable escrow deposit of $500 is required, and then a minimum payment of $42 a month, after the first three (3) months (which are waived).
Regular Advertisers will have all options available to them. They are expected to set up their own accounts via instructions that clickXchange provides, and manage their own accounts through frequent log-ins. However, they do not have an assigned Affiliate Manager. Basic technical support is available via email, but for set-up/maintenance help, there is a $75/hr charge for detailed tech support via phone.
Advertiser with Account Management
The Advertiser with Account Management has all the benefits of Regular Advertisers and more. For an added fee of $300/week (minimum one month), They are assigned a personal Affiliate Manager that is dedicated to making sure that their offer gets out to as many affiliates as possible, and that they see the traffic they want. The Affiliate Manager will keep them updated weekly (or more), and Advertisers with Account Management will have one-on-one phone and email contact with their Affiliate Manager should they ever have any questions.
Also, clickXchange will complete the setup process for Advertisers with Account Management. For the most part, as long as they pay for Account Management, Advertisers with Account Management will not have to manage their accounts at all, unless they choose to do so. The assigned Affiliate Manager will fully manage the account of their Advertiser with Account Management.
